To start a Calidad Tools return, you can contact us at sales@calidadtools.com. Support is available from Monday to Friday, but we try to be responsive during the weekends also. Support is located in California and thus we operate in the local time. If your return is accepted by the company, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on location of where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the company also is not in position to accept used tools for re - sell or service.
