Domestic Shipping Policy

Fulfillment & Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 24-48h except for the weekend (time extension may apply) 
For the continental USA, the shipping is a 2-day express service (time extension may apply for all orders placed after Thursday 12 pm). A flat fee of USD 9.95 applies.
For non-continental USA and Canada, the shipping is expedited. A flat fee of USD 14.95 for the non-continental USA and USD 19.95 for Canada applies. 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
E-mail notification is sent out after ordering and shipping tracking is provided once payment is cleared and the order is fulfilled.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Calidad Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Calidad Tools is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
