All orders are processed within 24-48h except for the weekend (time extension may apply)
For continental USA the shipping is a 2 day express service (time extension may apply for all orders placed after Thursday 12 pm). A flat fee of USD 9.95 applies.
For non continental USA and Canada, the shipping is calculated at check-out. We also provide "duties and taxes prepaid" feature for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
For extra heavy shipments (tile leveling system, for instance) a different shipping rate is applied and will be visible at check-out. The extra heavy goods do not count toward a free-shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking is sent via email or sms.
E-mail notification is sent out after ordering and shipping tracking is provided once payment cleared and order is fulfilled.
Calidad Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Calidad Tools is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
